Graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) is caused by the T lymphocytes in allogeneic donor transplants after transplantation. After a series of "cytokine storm" stimulations initiated by the recipient, it greatly enhances its immune response to the recipient's antigen. The target cell is the target to launch a cytotoxic attack, and the skin, liver and intestine are the main targets. The incidence of acute graft-versus-host disease is 30%-45%, and the incidence of chronic patients is lower than that of acute.
