Definition of electron density
Electron density (electron density), also known as electron ray density. Refers to the density of matter scattered by electron rays. When observing the material with a transmission electron microscope, the denser the substance where the electron beam scattering ability is, the darker the observation is. These parts are generally called high electron density.
