1) The gas storage tank must be equipped with an over-temperature protection device. The temperature in the gas storage tank should be kept below 120 °C during operation, and the power supply can be automatically cut off and alarmed when over-temperature.
2) A pressure relief valve must be installed on the outlet line of the gas storage tank. The diameter of the pressure relief valve should not be less than the diameter of the air duct. The release pressure should be 1.25~1.4 times of the maximum working pressure of the air compressor.
3) Since the compressed air temperature is high, it will gradually cool after passing through the gas storage tank, and the moisture in the air will condense out. Therefore, the drain valve at the bottom of the gas storage tank should be opened periodically to discharge this part of water. Otherwise, Not only will it affect the quality of the compressed air, but it will also rust the gas tank, so it is necessary to install a drain for the gas tank.
The drain device has a manual switch and a solenoid valve switch. Under normal circumstances, manual draining is not required. If the solenoid valve fails, the manual switch can be manually opened for drainage, so that the entire air compressor gas storage tank has high safety and high efficiency.
