The role of the gas tank safety valve
The main function of the gas storage tank safety valve is to force the discharge when the air compressor fails and cannot automatically discharge pressure according to the set pressure and the pressure reaches the relief pressure of the safety valve, so as not to cause the pressure of the gas tank to rise too high. Therefore, the safety valve should be periodically checked, because the gas storage tank is a container for storing compressed air, and will explode when the pressure and temperature exceed the capacity of the container. The safety valve must be pressed according to the working pressure. The safety valve is sensitive and reliable, and is regularly checked. After the safety valve is inspected during operation, it shall not be unpacked by itself. The safety valve manual and automatic start test shall be carried out regularly to verify the reliability of the safety valve. The common fault of the safety valve has reached the opening pressure but does not open, but it does not reach the opening pressure but automatically opens.
