Gas tank safe operation requirements
1) Establish and improve relevant rules and regulations, including operating procedures, maintenance and repair systems, operating records, inspection records, and protection test records. The operating procedures should be strictly observed so that the working pressure of the gas storage tank should not be higher than the specified pressure, and the inspection should be carried out on time, and the operation record should be filled in time.
2) Before operation, check whether the outer surface of the gas storage tank is damaged, whether the pipeline connection is sealed, whether the pressure gauge is normal, whether the pressure gauge is within the normal pressure range, and the exhaust valve should be slowly opened, pay attention to the water discharge inside the tank, no abnormality Then open the intake valve.
3) Check the pipeline and tank for leaks in time, and find that the problem must be stopped and not allowed to run.
4) Daily work should be carried out in time to check the equipment and check the indication value of the gas tank pressure gauge. If the working pressure is higher than the set pressure of the safety valve, the safety valve should be automatically opened. Otherwise, the intake should be stopped immediately, the operation should be stopped, and the pipeline should appear. Air leakage, repair in time, pay attention to whether the safety valve and pressure gauge are normal.
5) When using the gas storage tank, check whether the automatic drainer is installed at the bottom of the gas storage tank. If it is installed, pay attention to whether the automatic drain valve is drained regularly, otherwise the moisture in the air will flow to the production line too much. Affect the quality of the product; if not installed, it is necessary to manually open the valve at least once per shift.
6) The gas storage tank is a high-pressure vessel, and no flammable or explosive gas is allowed in the vicinity. The tank should be kept clean, dry, ventilated and no debris is allowed to be piled around. 7) It is strictly forbidden to collide with metal objects and hit the tank during operation. The gas storage tank has no serious corrosion, the support is stable, there is no crack at the welding place, and there is no violent shaking during operation.
