Research On Improvement Of Groundwater Pollution

Oct 12, 2020

Groundwater pollution is a major issue that has been widely discussed in modern times. In modern times, the United States has published a nanoparticle technology, where the center of the particles is an iron core and the outside is covered by a multilayer polymer. Among them, the inner layer is covered by poly methl methacrylate (PMMA), which has excellent waterproofness, and the outer layer is covered by hydrophilic sulphonated polystyrene. Since the hydrophilic outer layer makes the nanoparticles dissolve in water, the inner waterproof layer can attract the pollution source trichloroethylene (trichloroethylene). The iron core in the nanoparticles causes the trichloroethylene to split, which in turn causes this pollution source to gradually split into non-toxic substances.
