(1) Body and cylinder head

The body is mainly used as a skeleton to install various mechanisms and systems, including) the body, the oil pan, and the crankcase;) the cover forms the combustion chamber and arranges various parts.

(2) Crank connecting rod mechanism

It mainly includes three parts: piston, connecting rod and crankshaft, including piston connecting rod group and crankshaft flywheel group. The main function is to convert the reciprocating linear motion of the piston into the rotary motion of the crankshaft and output power to the outside.

(3) Supply system

Including: fuel supply system and intake and exhaust system. The main function is to supply fuel and air to the cylinder in time, and discharge the burned exhaust gas out of the cylinder in time.

(4) Air distribution mechanism

Mainly include valve group and transmission group. The main function is to regularly open and close the intake and exhaust valves.

(5) Ignition system

Mainly include: spark plug, ignition coil, circuit breaker and distributor. The main function is to ignite the mixture.

(6) Cooling system

Main categories: air-cooled and water-cooled systems. The main components of the water cooling system: water pump, fan, water tank and thermostat. The function is to prevent the engine from overheating and dissipate heat in time.

(7) Lubrication system

Lubrication methods are divided into: splash lubrication and pressure lubrication. Main components: filter, oil pump, filter, various valve bodies, etc. The role is to lubricate, cool, clean, seal and prevent corrosion.

(8) Starting system

Main components: starter, air compressor, etc. The function is to start the internal combustion engine with the help of external force.
