Estradiol benzoate is an estrogen drug. The effect is the same as estradiol, which can make the endometrium proliferate, enhance the contraction of uterine smooth muscle, and promote the development and hyperplasia of mammary glands: large doses inhibit the release of prolactin, antagonize the effects of androgens, and can increase calcium deposition in the bones.
