Vertical centrifuge introduction
The vertical centrifuge is an efficient solid-liquid separation device consisting of a feeding device, a separation system, a filter tank, a discharge bin, a transmission system, a washing device and an electric control device.
The entire system of the vertical centrifuge intelligently applies the dual functions of centrifugal force and gravity to achieve continuous operation of the equipment and achieve high working efficiency. The slurry enters the centrifuge from the feed port, and is subjected to centrifugal force in the separation system. The solid is trapped through the filter screen, and the liquid passes through the screen and enters the filter chamber to be discharged from the mother liquid port. The solid moves downward under the force of gravity and centrifugal force, and enters the lower stage through the discharge bin. During the movement, the washing liquid is pumped into the washing system to wash the solids. All power is driven by a motor. During the separation process, the residence time of the solids in the separation system can be controlled by adjusting the feed rate to the relative position of the various parts of the separation system to achieve the specified solids water content requirements.
