Seal ring introduction
The seal ring is a ring-shaped seal with a notch which acts against the inner wall of the stationary member by the elasticity after being pressed.
The sealing ring is a ring-shaped sealing member with a notch, which is placed in the ring groove of the sleeve, and the sleeve rotates together with the shaft, and the sealing ring abuts against the static member after being pressed against the notch. On the inner wall of the hole, it can function as a seal. Each contact surface needs to be hardened and polished. The seal ring is made of chrome-containing wear-resistant cast iron and can be used for sliding speeds of less than 100 m/s. If the sliding speed is in the range of 60-80 m/s, the seal ring can also be made of tin bronze.
