Ring Combustion Chamber Introduction
1. Structural features:
The inner and outer casings are similar to the union combustion chamber, but the flame tubes are quite different. In the annular chamber between the inner and outer casings, a ring-shaped flame tube is arranged, that is, the inner and outer walls of the flame tube constitute an annular main combustion zone.
2. Classification:
Circulating annular combustion chamber ;
DC annular combustion chamber: full annular combustion chamber, annular combustion chamber with separate head.
3. Advantages:
1 Annular flame tube is simple to manufacture, short in length and light in weight; 2 It is convenient to cooperate with axial flow compressor and turbine, and the pressure loss is the most; 3 Saving the cooling air volume of the flame tube is about 1/3; 4 Space utilization is the highest, flame resistance it is good.
4. Shortcomings:
1 Large gas source is required for commissioning; 2 Flame tube is poorly rigid; 3 Uneven fuel distribution, difficult to burn tissue; 4 Difficulties in assembly and disassembly
