Pneumatic machine introduction

Pneumatic machines are machines that use compressed air or steam as a power source. Its working principle: using pneumatic components, connecting rods, levers and other common mechanisms to form a common mechanism to form a pneumatic machine.

The core structure of the pneumatic machine is connected by the rotary piston shaft through the bearing and the cylinder head in the series cylinder. The rotary closed shaft is also connected to the cylinder block through the bearing and the cylinder head. The series cylinder block is sandwiched by the cylinder head and then passed through the bolt. The axial pressure is connected; the high-pressure gas valve is connected with the main air supply pipe, and is connected in series with the high-speed rotary air separation valve, the gear positioning gearbox, the series pneumatic cylinder body and the torque transmission shaft which are responsible for the air supply performance, and is fixed in the same The base plate; the high-speed rotary air separation valve is connected to the pneumatic cylinder through the sub-supply pipe, and the exhaust gas discharged from the pneumatic cylinder is exhausted through the exhaust pipe to the outside of the cylinder.
