Introduction of micro-perforated muffler
The micro-perforated plate muffler is a new type of muffler made by using a micro-perforated plate sound absorbing structure. Without any porous sound absorbing material, only a few micropores are drilled on a thin metal plate with a thickness of less than 1 mm. The pore diameter of these micropores is generally about 0.5 to 1 mm, and the perforation rate is between 1% and 3%, leaving behind the perforated plate. With a certain cavity, it becomes a micro-perforated plate sound absorbing structure. The microperforated plate is a sound absorbing element with high acoustic resistance and low sound quality.
