Lithium grease classification
1.Universal
General purpose lithium grease has good water resistance, mechanical stability, rust resistance and oxidation stability, and it is a kind of grease with multi-purpose long life and wide temperature range. National standard GB7324--2010 for general purpose lithium grease products.
2.Automotive type
The automotive lithium-based grease is made of fatty acid lithium soap thickened with low-condensation point mineral oil and added with rust inhibitor and antioxidant. The product has good mechanical stability, colloidal stability, water resistance, rust resistance and oxidation stability. Use lubrication with automotive hub bearings, chassis, pumps and generators with operating temperatures ranging from -30 to 120 °C. National standard GB/T5671--1995 for automotive general purpose lithium grease.
3.Extreme pressure type
Extreme pressure lithium grease is an extreme pressure type grease prepared by thickening a mineral lubricating oil with a fatty acid lithium soap and adding an antioxidant and an extreme pressure agent, and using a high-load mechanical device having a working temperature of -20 to 120 ° C. Lubrication of bearings and gears can also be used for centralized lubrication systems.
