How to maintain air conditioner?
1. Replace the dust filter
Conventional air conditioning system cleaning includes replacing the filter element, using detergent, and removing the cleaning. It is the easiest way to replace the dust filter. The low cost can keep the air in the air. The owner with a little mechanical knowledge can clean it by himself. The dust filters of most small cars are under the front windshield of the car and are covered by the water tank. When replacing the dust filter, you can first open the hood, remove the clamp that fixes the water tank, remove the water tank, and you can see the dust filter. 2. External circulation airway sterilization
There are many kinds of cleaning agents on the market for cleaning air conditioning ducts, and owners can buy them themselves. Remove the dust filter, start the vehicle, turn on the air conditioner, and place the air conditioner in the outer circulation block. Spray the foam-like cleaning agent to the dust filter. The external circulation air of the air conditioner will suck the cleaning agent into the air duct. The air conditioner evaporator and the heater tank decompose the bacteria to eliminate the odor, and the dirt will become liquid and flow out from the outlet of the air conditioner. After the cleaning work is completed, it is best to replace the dust filter, and the air outlet in the car will blow out fresh air.
3. Send the station to clean up
Replacing the dust filter and cleaning the air duct with the cleaning agent are all cleaned from the outside of the air conditioning system. If the air volume of the air outlet is still small after the cleaning, the odor is not completely removed, and the bellows can only be removed and replaced by the repair shop. And manually clean the air conditioner heating device housing. However, the bellows is generally installed under the instrument panel of the car, and the maintenance work is large and the cost is high.
4. Use ozone sterilization
Use high-concentration ozone water to sterilize automotive air conditioners. It is understood that ozone water is one of the strongest oxidants currently available. It can easily oxidize and degrade the protein shells of bacteria and fungi, and quickly kill bacterial propagules and spores. Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, hepatitis virus, Cold virus oxidative decomposition. Ozone is active in nature and can be reduced to oxygen at room temperature. It is the most environmentally friendly bactericidal material.
