Gear motor features
The gear motor has the following features:
(1) The inlet and outlet oil passages are symmetrical, and the apertures are the same, so that the performance is the same in both forward and reverse directions.
(2) The external leakage oil hole is used, on the one hand, because the gear motor returns oil, there is back pressure, and on the other hand, because the gear motor is moving forward and backward, its oil inlet and outlet also change with each other. If the internal drain is used, the shaft end oil seal is easily broken. Therefore, the gear motor preferably uses an external leaking oil hole.
(3) For the structure of the floating side plate that automatically compensates for the axial clearance, it must be adapted to the requirements of both positive and negative working, and the oil relief groove must also be symmetrically arranged.
(4) The use of rolling bearings is more, mainly to reduce friction losses and improve starting performance.
