Definition of handbrake
The professional name of the handbrake is the auxiliary brake. Unlike the principle of the brake, it is connected to the rear brake shoe by a wire pull wire to brake the car. Long-term use of the handbrake will cause plastic deformation of the wire. Since this deformation is unrecoverable, long-term use will reduce the utility and the stroke of the handbrake will increase.
There is also a return spring for use with the hand brake. When the hand brake is pulled up, the spring is elongated; the handbrake is released and the spring returns to its original length. When the handbrake is used for a long time, the spring will also be deformed accordingly.
