Advantages of rail oil
One of the most important characteristics of rail oil is that it must be well separated from the aqueous cutting fluid, not miscible. The anti-emulsification properties of the rail oil have always been excellent.
When lubricating machine tools, the rail oil must be as low as possible to reduce its friction, or even excessive movement, to ensure that the machined material has a smooth surface. When the machine tool is operated under low speed and high load conditions, the rail oil should not be inferior to the loss of adhesion. Rail oils fully meet or even exceed the stringent requirements of these mechanical equipment for rail oil lubrication.
