Wafer definition
Wafer refers to the silicon wafer used for making silicon semiconductor integrated circuits, and its original material is silicon. The high-purity polysilicon is dissolved and doped with silicon crystal seeds, and then slowly pulled out to form a cylindrical single-crystal silicon.
