Understanding Of Hot Spring

Different countries/regions have slightly different definitions and understandings of hot springs:

In the hot spring law in Taiwan, China, hot springs are defined as hot spring water and water vapor (including gas dissolved in hot spring water) that meet the hot spring standards. Hot spring water includes warm water, cold water and water vapor (including gas dissolved in hot spring water) that are naturally or artificially extracted. The temperature measured on the surface is higher than or equal to 30°C; if the temperature is lower than 30°C, it Water quality that meets the water quality composition standards of hot springs is also regarded as hot springs.

The Japanese hot spring law considers: hot water, mineral water, steam and other gases gushing from the ground (except for natural gas with hydrocarbons as the main component). Temperature: higher than or equal to 25°C; if the hot spring is lower than 25°C, its water quality meets more than one of the 19 substances (the attached table of the Japanese Hot Spring Law).

The Korean Hot Spring Law stipulates that hot springs refer to hot springs gushing underground and whose temperature is higher than or equal to 25°C. The water quality components are harmless to the human body.

Chinese medical mineral spring expert Chen Yanbing believes in the book "Mineral Springs and Convalescence" that hot springs generally contain a variety of active trace elements, with a certain degree of mineralization, and the temperature of spring water is often higher than 30°C. [1] Warm mineral springs can have medical effects on the following diseases: obesity, motor system diseases (such as trauma, chronic rheumatoid arthritis, etc.), nervous system diseases (nerve damage, neuritis, etc.), early mild cardiovascular diseases , Gout, skin diseases, etc.

The low hot spring is 38℃~40℃. It has a calming effect on the human body, and has certain benefits for neurasthenia, insomnia, high blood pressure, heart disease, rheumatism, low back and knee pain.

High hot springs above 43°C have an exciting and stimulating effect on the human body. At the same time, it has a significant effect on cardiovascular diseases. It can improve physical fitness, enhance resistance and prevent diseases.
