(2) Storage tank safety accessories are invalid
If the safety accessories (pressure gauge, level gauge, thermometer, safety valve, sewage pipe, etc.) of the liquefied petroleum gas storage tank are invalid, it is easy to cause the tank to overfill or overpressure, causing the tank to crack and causing leakage; The connection between the attachment and the tank body is not tight, the sealing gasket of the valve flange is aging, the quality of the dry joint is poor, the pressure resistance is low and the rupture occurs, and the leakage of the liquefied petroleum gas is easily caused.
(3) Human error
During the production, use and storage of liquefied petroleum gas, due to wrong operation, illegal operation, blind command and poor maintenance of equipment, it is easy to cause run, run, drip, and leakage of materials, and the pump is not tightly sealed during transportation. The switch and flange connection are not strict, and the delivery pressure is increased without authorization, the pipeline is broken, or the pipe connection is not strong.
