The Difference Between Rhythmic Gymnastics And Gymnastics

Sep 01, 2020

The biggest difference between gymnastics and artistic gymnastics is that gymnastics uses fixed equipment to complete the movements, while artistic gymnastics does not. It requires the use of equipment to complete the entire set of movements. Rhythmic gymnasts' scores are based on their performance when using their respective competition equipment, but the ranking of the players is still determined by the total score of the competition. The difficulty of the skill series selected by the contestant, the performance state and the completion of the action are the three major elements of the score.
