Supercritical Fluid Technology
Supercritical fluid has the dual characteristics of liquid and gas. It has density close to liquid, viscosity close to gas and high diffusion coefficient, so it has strong solubility and good flow and transfer performance. The density of the supercritical fluid near the critical temperature and critical pressure is only a function of temperature and pressure, so at the right temperature and pressure, it can provide enough density to ensure sufficient solubility.
