Production Technology Of Lacquered Floor

Nov 12, 2020

The production technology of lacquered flooring is basically the same as that of laminate flooring, so the focus of its quality assessment falls on the paint quality of the product surface. There are seven main problems with poor-quality painted floors:

1. In the production process, the control is not strict, and the surface brightness of the floor is uneven.

2. The bonding force of the paint film on the floor surface does not reach the standard required by the industry, causing the paint to fall off easily.

3. The surface wear resistance is poor, resulting in scratches easily during the production process.

4. Due to poor paint film adhesion, the paint film around the product will fall off intermittently, resulting in jagged, resulting in poor installation effects.

5. The surface has poor pollution resistance, and mildew can be seen with the naked eye.

6. In the process of use, it is easy to produce flaky and jagged shedding.

7. Easy to produce scratches and paint film is easy to be polished, exposing decorative paper.
