Precautions for use of electric furnace
In order to protect and extend the life of the furnace, the following must be noted:
(1) Regularly check that the connections between the electric furnace and the controller are good.
(2) Electric furnaces and controllers must operate at a relative humidity of no more than 85%, free of conductive dust, explosive gases, and corrosive gases that can damage metal insulation and electronic components.
(3) The operating environment temperature of the controller (as shown on the right) is limited to 0-50 °C.
(4) When using the electric furnace and controller, the rated power should not exceed the rated power. The furnace temperature must not exceed the maximum operating temperature. It is forbidden to put the wet workpiece into the furnace. The heated workpiece containing ultra-high moisture should be pre-dried.
(5) Keep the furnace inside clean, remove the metal oxides, slag and impurities in the furnace in time, and be cautious when loading and unloading the workpiece.
