Physicochemical properties of Turkey Red Oil
Turkish red oil is a yellow or brown thick oily transparent liquid. It is an anionic surfactant. It has excellent emulsification, permeability, diffusibility and wettability. It is easily soluble in water to form an emulsion, and will deteriorate when exposed to the air.
