The Saha formula indicates that the plasma is in a thermodynamic equilibrium state, and the atomic concentration (na) and ion concentration (ni) depend on ionization and recombination to maintain equilibrium, so that the concentration of these two particles in each volume unit of the plasma has a certain value formula.
