When installing the air filter, do not miss, reverse or wrongly install the sealing gaskets and rubber connecting pipes, and ensure the tightness of the inserts. The paper dust cup air filter must be cleaned every 50-100 hours of work. The surface dust can be removed with a soft brush. If the working time exceeds 500 hours or is damaged, it should be replaced in time. Use oil-bath air filter, clean the filter element with clean diesel every 100-200 hours of work, and replace the lubricating oil in it. If the filter element is broken, it needs to be replaced immediately, and pay attention to adding lubrication as required during use oil.
If the lubricating oil filter is not maintained in time when the diesel engine is in use, the filter element is blocked, the lubricating oil pressure increases, the safety valve opens, and the lubricating oil directly flows into the main oil passage, which will aggravate the wear of the lubricating surface and affect the service life of the diesel engine. Therefore, the lubricating oil filter must be cleaned every 180-200 hours of work. If it is damaged, it should be replaced immediately to prevent impurities from entering the lubricating surface. When the diesel engine is used in different seasons, the crankcase and the lubricating surfaces should also be cleaned. The method is to mix lubricating oil, kerosene and diesel oil as washing oil. After the lubricating oil is released, the washing oil can be added for cleaning. Then, the diesel engine runs at low speed for 3-5 minutes. Drain the washing oil again and add new lubricant.
The various fuel filters in the fuel supply system should be cleaned or replaced once every 100-200 hours of work, and the fuel tanks and various fuel pipelines should be cleaned thoroughly. Especially for the electronically controlled common rail system, due to the high-pressure precise injection, the fuel system's coupling parts have high precision and small matching clearance, which puts forward higher requirements on the filtration efficiency and water separation efficiency of the fuel filter. The first-stage oil-water separator, the first-stage diesel fine filter, the water separation efficiency is more than 95%, and the particle filtration efficiency is 3-5 microns. The filtration efficiency is more than 98.6%. Such as Bosch (BOSCH), Luber Finder, Fleetguard, Mann-Hummel, Parker, etc. There is DIFITE in China. In daily maintenance, you should be especially careful, if abnormalities are found, or the mileage and time of the engine have reached the engine regulations, it needs to be replaced in time. When changing the oil during the seasonal transition, the parts of the entire fuel supply system should be cleaned. The diesel used should meet seasonal requirements and undergo a 48-hour precipitation purification treatment.
