Fuel classification of cars
There are two main types of fuels for automobiles, namely gasoline and diesel. The aircraft uses aviation kerosene.
The classification of gasoline is classified according to the octane number it contains, such as 90#, 97#, etc. The higher the octane number, the smaller the chance of deflagration of the car, and the better the engine. Therefore, most high-end cars use higher-grade gasoline.
Diesel is classified according to its freezing point, and 0# means that when the temperature is below 0 degrees Celsius, it will condense into a solid. The same reason -10# represents -10 degrees Celsius when it condenses into a solid, which is why the northern winter diesel cars are used with lower numbers to prevent the fuel from being frozen.
