Epichlorohydrin rubber is an elastomer made from the homopolymerization of epichlorohydrin or the copolymerization of epichlorohydrin and ethylene oxide. There are two types produced: one is a homopolymer of epichlorohydrin (CHR); the other is a copolymer of epichlorohydrin and ethylene oxide (CHC).
