Electrolyte solution refers to a solution in which a solute is completely or partially dissociated into ions after being dissolved in a solvent. The solute is the electrolyte, and the electrolyte does not necessarily conduct electricity, but can conduct electricity only after it is dissolved in water or ionized in a molten state to ionize freely moving ions.
