Drive axle function
The drive axle is at the end of the power train and its basic functions are:
1 The engine torque transmitted from the universal joint transmission device is transmitted to the driving wheel through the final reducer, the differential, the half shaft, etc., to achieve a speed reduction torque;
2 changing the transmission direction of the torque through the bevel gear pair of the final reducer;
3 The difference between the two wheels is realized by the differential to ensure that the inner and outer wheels are turned at different speeds;
4 Through the bridge shell and the wheel to achieve load bearing and transmission torque.
