Injector oil return: Injector is a precision part. If the diesel engine uses dirty diesel or the machine is used for a long time, the fuel will return due to the wear of the fuel injector. However, because it is expensive to replace the fuel injection nozzle, it is not economical. In order to avoid the leakage of the return oil, the oil can be led back to the fuel tank through the return pipe, or a diesel filter can be introduced. If the oil return pipe is damaged, a piece of plastic pipe can be used to introduce the oil into a self-provided container, and then pour it back into the oil tank after filtering.
Oil leakage in the oil conveying part: You can deal with it appropriately according to the situation: the washer of the hollow screw of the oil conveying pipe is not flat, you can remove the washer, grind it, and then pad it. If the problem cannot be solved, you can replace it with a new washer or use a thicker soft plastic material Cut into gaskets and replace them; oil leakage at the plastic oil pipeline and metal joints is mostly caused by hardening or cracking of the plastic oil pipeline. You can cut off the hardened and broken parts, and then soften them with hot water, then install them on the metal joints while hot, and then use metal Tie the wire tightly; if the metal oil pipeline ruptures and leaks, the rupture can be brazed and welded. In addition, in order to prevent the oil pipeline from rupturing, when installing the oil pipeline, the curvature should be appropriate, do not hold the installation hard, and the tube body should not be in contact with the fuselage to avoid wear.
Oil leakage of the valve chamber cover: When the valve chamber cover is installed, if the tightening force is too large, it will easily deform and leak oil. At this time, you can remove the leaking valve chamber cover, use a wooden stick to carefully beat and reshape it to make the contact surface smooth, and then pad the gasket and install it.
