Convertible introduction

A convertible is a car with a foldable openable roof. According to the structure of the roof, the convertible can be divided into a hard top car and a soft top car. Soft top cars are more common, usually made of canvas, vinyl or plastic for the roof material, with a foldable bracket. The roof of the hardtop is made of metal and can usually be opened and closed automatically.

Some models in the convertible are specially developed convertible models, no other styles, such as Mazda's Miata, Volkswagen's Cabriolet. Most convertibles are available in both convertible and general fixed top models. Some convertibles are developed from popular car styles, such as the Volkswagen Beetle's convertible. Most of the convertibles are two-door, and the four-door style is relatively rare.
