Conditions for induced current generation

As long as the magnetic flux passing through the closed circuit changes, an induced current is generated in the closed circuit. Therefore, "a part of the conductor of the closed circuit is made to cut the magnetic induction line in the magnetic induction line, and the generated current is called induced current" is one-sided. The conductor does not cut the magnetic induction line, and can also generate an induced current.
