1. Vans transporting bottled compressed gas and liquefied gas must be equipped with ventilation devices and fixing devices;
2. Special vehicles for transporting inflammable and explosive vehicles shall be equipped with static conductive rubber towing devices that meet the requirements;
3. For special vehicles that transport bottled compressed gas and liquefied gas horizontally, if the width and internal dimensions of the carriage cannot reach the length of the cylinder, the vehicle must be replaced with a vehicle that meets the transportation requirements;
4. To transport oxidants and organic peroxides, special vans must be used for temperature control;
5. Dangerous goods name system shall be implemented for the business scope of special tank vehicles for transporting dangerous goods;
6. Special tank vehicles with a service life of seven years (subject to the date of registration of the driving license) whose tank volume, filling medium and approved load quality do not match, must be withdrawn from the dangerous cargo operation list.
