Biuret Reagent
Biuret reagent is an analytical chemical reagent used to identify proteins. It is an alkaline copper-containing test solution with a blue color. It is made of 0.1 g/mL sodium hydroxide or potassium hydroxide, 0.01 g/mL copper sulfate and potassium sodium tartrate.
