Use compressed natural gas to supply gas to run cars

Fuel storage

Most of them use compressed natural gas for gas operation. The natural gas is compressed to 20-25MPa, and then pumped into a high-pressure cylinder connected to the rear, upper part or bracket of the car. The storage tanks of early natural gas vehicles were very large, occupying a lot of trunk space, but a new generation of lightweight gas cylinders has been developed. These fully composite cylinders, also known as integrated storage systems (ISS), are wrapped in a fiberglass shell and cushioning foam to prevent damage due to impact in an accident. In addition, another feature of these gas cylinders is their small diameter, so that three gas cylinders can be placed together, saving storage space to the utmost extent.
