Tully's underwater lair incident

Sep 01, 2020

At 9 o'clock on January 19, 1966, George Pedley, a young farmer, drove a tractor past his neighbor’s farmland. When driving to Horseshoe Reef near the Tully River in northern Queensland, Australia, his tractor broke down. He had to stop for repairs when he suddenly heard a sharp hum from the air. Looking up to the place where the noise was made, Pedley found that not far from him, a dish-shaped unidentified metal object jumped out of the water of Horseshoe Reef at an angle of 30 to 40 degrees. After the unknown object dived into the water again, it rushed into the sky at a rapid speed.

George Pedri described that the unidentified object is like two huge plates interlocking with each other, about 9 meters wide and 3 meters high. As the number of reports gradually increased, the "Tali Underwater Lair" incident was spread all over the world. Many media have referred to this underwater UFO as USO.
