Thermoacoustic regenerator

The thermoacoustic regenerator is a key component that generates and strengthens the thermoacoustic effect. The thermoacoustic effect that occurs here causes the sound work to be generated or enhanced. The thermoacoustic regenerator is located below the main cooler (1) and has a total height of 75 mm. It is made by filling a stainless steel tube with a thickness of 4 mm in a stainless steel tube. The length of the wire segment is 70 mm and filled with 440. Wire mesh with a diameter of 90 mm and a mesh size of 120 mesh. The screen disc and the stainless steel tube wall should be closely matched to prevent axial cross-flow along the edge of the regenerator screen sheet. To achieve this, the screen should be properly fitted with the stainless steel tube wall in an interference fit.
