The cause of the fuel injection pump failure of diesel engines

The fuel injection pump for diesel engines is often used for the following three reasons:

1. The fuel pump plunger is adjusted to supply too much oil, or the ring gear locking screw is loosened to adjust the ring gear displacement, resulting in excessive fuel supply to the fuel injection pump.

2. The adjustment screw for limiting the maximum oil amount of the rack in the governor is too large or the throttle handle limit screw is adjusted too large.

3. Excessive oil in the governor will increase the oil supply and lead to “speeding”.

When the oil supply is too much, the fuel consumption will increase, the fuel combustion will be incomplete, the diesel engine exhaust will emit black smoke, the combustion chamber will accumulate carbon, accelerate the wear of the cylinder, piston and piston ring, and even cause the diesel engine to overheat and knock. Cylinder phenomenon. Therefore, according to the above three common reasons for the unit to do targeted inspections can be the right medicine.
