Boiling is the phenomenon that the liquid forms bubbles from the inside and evaporates violently on the surface of the liquid. But if there is no substance that provides bubbles in the liquid, the liquid will not boil at the boiling point. This kind of liquid whose temperature is higher than the boiling point but still does not boil is called superheated liquid.
