Structure of particle accelerator
① Particle source, used to provide the required acceleration particles, including electrons, positrons, protons, antiprotons and heavy ions.
②Vacuum acceleration system, which has a certain form of acceleration electric field, and in order to accelerate particles without being affected by the scattering of molecules in the air, the entire system is placed in a vacuum chamber with a high degree of vacuum.
③ The guidance and focusing system uses a certain form of electromagnetic field to guide and constrain the accelerated particle beam so that it can receive the acceleration of the electric field along a predetermined orbit. All these require the integration and cooperation of high, precise and sophisticated technology.
