Reasons for deterioration of refrigeration oil

(1) When water is mixed in, the air in the refrigeration system is infiltrated with air, and the moisture in the air is mixed with the refrigerating machine oil. When the water content in the refrigerant is large, the water is mixed into the refrigerating machine oil. When water is mixed into the refrigerating machine oil, the viscosity is lowered to cause corrosion to the metal. In the Freon refrigeration system, it also causes "ice plug" phenomenon;

(2) During the use of oxidized refrigerating machine oil, when the exhaust temperature of the compressor is high, it may cause oxidative deterioration. Especially the refrigerating machine oil with poor chemical stability is more likely to deteriorate. After a period of time, it will form in the refrigerating machine oil. Residues cause deterioration of lubrication at bearings and the like. The organic filler, mechanical impurities and the like are mixed into the refrigerating machine oil to accelerate its aging or oxidation;

(3) When the refrigerating machine oil is mixed with several different grades of refrigerating machine oil, the viscosity of the refrigerating machine oil will be reduced, and even the formation of the oil film will be destroyed, and the bearing will be damaged; if the two refrigerating machine oils contain different properties of anti-oxidation Additives, when mixed together, may cause chemical changes, forming a precipitate, which will affect the lubrication of the compressor, so be careful when using it.

(4) There are impurities in the refrigerator oil.
