Radiant flux introduction
Radiant flux, also called radiant power, refers to the radiant energy that passes through a section in a unit of time. It is the power transmitted, propagated or received in the form of radiation. The unit is W (watt), which is 1W = J / s (joule per second) . It is also the rate of change of radiant energy over time Φ = dQ / dt. The current method of measuring radiant flux is generally carried out by the equivalent replacement principle of direct current replacing radiant flux.
