Quark properties
Quark has many different intrinsic properties, including charge, color charge, spin, and mass. In the standard model of particle physics, quark is the only elementary particle that can withstand all four basic interactions: electromagnetic, gravitational, strong, and weak. In addition, quark is now the only particle whose basic charge is not an integer. Each flavor of quark has a corresponding antiparticle, called antiquark. It is different from quark only in that some of its characteristics are the same as quark but have different signs.
