Physical properties of Rubber Speed Hump
1, elongation at break
The elongation at break of the rubber deceleration ridge surface material shall be not less than 200%, and the elongation at break of the rubber deceleration ridge surface material used on roads and urban roads shall be not less than 250%.
2, tensile strength
The tensile strength of the rubber deceleration ridge surface material shall not be less than 6.0 MPa, and the tensile strength of the rubber deceleration ridge surface material used on roads and urban roads shall not be less than 8.5 MPa.
3, Shore A hardness
The Shore A hardness of the rubber deceleration ridge surface material should be in the range of 65-85.
4, tear strength
The tear strength of the rubber deceleration ridge surface material should be not less than 20kN/m.
5, wear reduction
The wear reduction of the rubber deceleration ridge surface material should be no more than 0.8cm3/1.61km.
6. Impact elasticity
The impact elasticity of the surface material of the rubber deceleration ridge should be not less than 20%.
