First generation: PVC material
1.Chemical properties
The abbreviation of polyvinyl chloride - poor stability to light and heat. Commonly known as rhino leather material.
2.Softening point
The softening point is 80 degrees, and decomposition begins at 130 degrees. Under the condition that no stabilizer is added, polyvinyl chloride can be decomposed at 100 degrees, and decomposition at 130 degrees or more is faster.
3.Release of gas
After pyrolysis, release hydrogen chloride gas (hydrogen chloride gas is a toxic gas) to make it discolor, from white-light yellow-red-brown-black.
4.Nature changes
UV and oxygen in the sun will cause the photo-oxidation decomposition of polyvinyl chloride, thus making the flexibility of polyvinyl chloride drop, and finally making it brittle and cracking.
PVC is mainly used in such materials: electrical tape, adhesive tape luggage, advertising stickers, raincoats, tablecloths, umbrellas, shoes and agricultural films.
The disadvantages of applying on the paint surface
