The microstructure of MartensiticSteel is almost entirely martensitic. It is mainly transformed into lath martensite structure through rapid quenching of high temperature austenite structure, which can be realized by hot rolling and cold rolling. Martensitic steel has high tensile strength, and its maximum strength can reach 1600MPa. It is tempered to improve its plasticity, so that it still has sufficient formability at such a high strength, which is the highest strength grade of commercial high-strength steel plates.
