Main types of magnetic field

Constant magnetic field is also called static magnetic field, and alternating magnetic field, pulsating magnetic field and pulse magnetic field belong to dynamic magnetic field. Magnetic fields with equal or approximately equal magnetic field strength are called uniform magnetic fields, otherwise they are called non-uniform magnetic fields. The farther away from the pole surface, the weaker the magnetic field, and the magnetic field strength changes in a gradient.

1. Constant magnetic field The magnetic field whose magnetic field strength and direction remain unchanged is called a constant magnetic field or a constant magnetic field, such as a magnetic field generated by a ferromagnetic sheet and an electromagnet with direct current.

2. Alternating magnetic field Magnetic field strength and direction change in a regular magnetic field, such as the magnetic field produced by the industrial frequency magnetic therapy machine and the rotating magnetic therapy device with different poles.

3. Pulsating magnetic field The strength of the magnetic field changes regularly but the direction of the magnetic field does not change, just like the magnetic field generated by a polar rotating magnetic therapy device and a pulsating DC electromagnet.

4. Pulsed magnetic field An intermittent oscillator generates an intermittent pulsed current. By passing this current into the coil of an electromagnet, a pulsed magnetic field of various shapes can be generated. The characteristic of the pulsed magnetic field is that the magnetic field appears intermittently. The changing frequency, waveform and peak value of the magnetic field can be adjusted as needed.
